As school begins, the signs of fall are here in the North East, we also recognize September as Newborn Screening Awareness Month. As a parent this is extremely important to help spread the word about, especially to soon to be 'new' moms.
If you are not familiar with the foundation,the Bailey Baio Angel Foundation is one that strives to bring this awareness across the globe. The name sure is recognizable, Scott Baio and his wife Renee are the founders and jumped on the cause after the birth of their daughter Bailey and scare that no parent should have to go through.
This September is reason to celebrate health, awareness and a good old 50years for the proud dad! Scott and Renee have decided to dedicate celebrating Scott's 50th Birthday with an amazing opportunity to bring awareness to BBAF and all it stands for with a Red Carpet Charity Event.
We were proud to help support as Mom-Owned businesses in providing baskets for the silent auction part of the event. As mom/parent-owned companies, it only makes sense to support and help make aware of this amazing organization and what they are dedicated to promoting.
