Check out this old school, but favorite fresh food recipe for traditional pesto sauce

Here is what Kimberly says you will need:
- 2 cups of packed basil leaves
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 1/2 cup pecorino or parmesan (if avoiding dairy you can use 1/3 cup nutritional yeast)
- salt and pepper to taste
