I've joined a challenge group on Facebook and I'm loving it. Us M.O.Ms not only need to take care of everyone around us, but need to make sure we are taken care of.
Today is Day 3 of 21 Days and I feel good.
Not going to lie...my legs were feeling it and walking down stairs? well, that = hurt!
I planned out my week with food and check off my colors - I can feel a change already, although it may not be visible, mentally I'm positive and liking how I feel for sure.
What's your exercise routine and plan? Do you follow one?
